No, LevelAgent is web based and runs in the cloud on all major, modern web browsers. Optionally, you can install the app on your phone from the App Store or Google Play.

Yes, you can access every feature of the application through your Apple or Android device.

No, we do not require long-term contracts or agreement on your part. After your account is cancelled, the card on file will not be billed.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). For annual subscriptions, we can charge your card on file or send an invoice.

Currently, we only support operations in the United States.
